For the Streets! will be a vibrant celebration of the rich and potent tradition of street performance as a form of organizing working people in New York City. The event will present an array of performing artists, visual artists, and political organizers and campaigns hailing from the five boroughs and beyond. Featured artists include: Boxcutter Collective, Salomé Egas, Freedom Dabka, Rude Mechanical Orchestra, and The Street Theatre Crew!
