11/13/21 – Brooklyn Folk Fest

Boxcutter returns to Brooklyn Folk Fest!
Live at Saint Anne’s Church in downtown Brooklyn.

Boxcutter Collective Presents: Bing Bong, a strange and mystical group exorcism to cast out the planned North Brooklyn Fracked Gas Pipeline, resist the imminent collapse of civilization, and re-open the doors of giant spectacle perception into new psychic vibrations, together.

We are so excited to say we have Jenny Romaine (master puppet spectacle and ritual theater maker) with us as Director.
Also, Ali Dineen, the incredible musician and puppeteer, will compose the sound experience for the event.
Also: Geoff Wiley and Eyeball, genius design team, will create a giant demon puppet for the ritual.
AND we are THRILLED to be partnering with Sane Energy,
“Sane Energy’s mission is to build a potent grassroots movement pushing for a rapid and just transition to 100% publicly owned renewable and sustainable energy in New York. We build every campaign through a lens of racial, social, and economic justice.”
